Our logistics operators receive your cargo in the port or at adjacent railway stations and unload it from wagons or trucks into our own storage areas. When the vessel berths, we arrange prompt loading on board. We can also arrange direct transhipment from wagons or trucks to the vessel, which significantly reduces cost and transit time.

Import and transit cargo

Our logistics operators control the process from the moment your request is received until the cargo arrives in port. On arrival, we discharge it into our storage areas for onward shipment by rail or truck according to your instructions — or tranship it directly from the vessel into wagons or trucks.

Inland transport

Neostar Ltd. also provides logistics for truck and rail transport, so we can deliver your export cargo to the port or your import cargo from the port to its final destination.

As a vessel operator, Neostar Ltd. manages the commercial operation of motor-vessels carrying our clients’ cargo — from voyage planning and port calls to coordination with charterers, agents, terminals and receivers.
